About our holiday cottages
Our holiday cottages provide you with a very comfortable ‘home from home’. They are bright and fully equipped and even include a selection of books and games for those cosy ‘stay-in’ evenings!
Television, DVD and CD players are provided in the living room and French doors give access to the garden.
Sleeping accommodation, for up to 6, is provided in the three bedrooms. One is a double, one a spacious twin and the third has adult-sized bunk beds. All bedrooms have wardrobe and drawer space and bedside lamps for cosy under the duvet reading! Bed linen and towels are provided at no additional cost. For our young guests, a cot and high-chair are available on request.
The kitchen is very comprehensively equipped. You will find you have a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave as well as a conventional oven. Extras include a food processor and toasted sandwich maker and we also provide those little items like washing up liquid! Tea towels are supplied too.
Outdoor furniture, including a barbeque, is included for those "al Fresco" moments, especially during the long daylight evenings in the summer.
Heating and hot water is controlled by off-peak electricity and is charged for at current Hydro-Electric rates at the end of your stay.
We welcome well behaved dogs with a maximum of two per cottage but they must remain under strict control.
For our own quality assurance, we participate in the ‘Visit Scotland’ Award Scheme and we are delighted to say our holiday cottages have been assessed comfortably within the 4 Star category. We are proud to say that we have been given a score of 100% for cleanliness!
